UUNP has more polies. CBBE has slightly larger arms and legs. However, as far as a “muscular” look, that comes from the normal map, not the mesh, and you can find muscular or less muscular normal maps for both. Likewise with sweaty look (specular map) and makeup (texture) and all of that.
