What should I write on my Road ID?
You should include their full name and number. Their relationship to you is optional but could be helpful. It’s also a good idea to list a second or even a third contact on a medical ID bracelet in case your primary contact can’t be reached.
How do you put the Road ID on a stretch bracelet?

How do you stretch out silicone bracelets?
Stretch out the bracelet if you overboiled the bracelet and it’s too small. If the bracelet ends up shrinking too much, stretch it with your hands or loop it on something sturdier (like a doorknob) and stretch it. Silicone is pretty strong, so don’t worry about breaking it.
How do you adjust silicone bracelets?
Boil It. Place the wrist band in boiling water for 10-15 seconds, then quickly dry it before placing it on your wrist. If this does not work right away, repeat the process until it has shrunken to the correct size.

How does Roadid app work?
When activated, the ROAD iD App will trigger a Stationary Alert when it senses that you have been stationary for too long. You are given 30 seconds to dismiss a Stationary Alert before the App notifies your pre-selected loved ones (Guardians). Stationary alerts can be sent via Email or SMS.
