Exforge HCT may interact with other blood pressure medications, steroids, carbamazepine, lithium, cholestyramine or colestipol, insulin or oral diabetes medications, barbiturates, other diuretics (water pills), aspirin or other NSAIDs (nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs), muscle relaxers, or narcotics.
