How do I apply for a watcard?

How do I pick up my watcard when I move in?
Students moving into residence, who upload their photo before the deadline (August 23, 12:00 p.m.), will pick up their WatCard and room keys in one stop during residence move in. For student who are unable to upload a photo, or who miss the deadline, your photo will be taken in the WatCard office when you come to pick up your card.
